Source in brief

Source is a new type of advisory firm. The outsourcing market has evolved over the years, while traditional models of sourcing advisory have lagged behind. Our new approach combines independent advice & expertise, practical support and hands-on training and our customers say that it is transforming the way in which they work with their strategic suppliers.
We believe passionately that outsourcing when managed correctly can have a positive impact on everyone involved in the process. We have an enviable track record of 100% successful deals and we stake our reputation on ensuring that every deal that we work on has a positive outcome for everyone involved.
What we do
We work to support both customers and providers through the sourcing lifecycle from setting the direction through to managing the relationship.
Setting the direction: We ensure that the strategy is built on firm foundations, that the desired outcomes are clearly understood and that everyone involved knows and agrees what needs to be done
Doing the deal: We find the right provider and put in place the right commercial and contractual structures to deliver positive outcomes for everybody
Transitioning the services: We structure, plan and manage transition, to ensure that risks are managed and milestones achieved during the high-risk transition period
Managing the relationship: We act sourcing assurance, working as an independent third leg in an outsourcing governance structure, bringing stability and an independent view to guarantee positive outcomes
